What we do…

The Lay Counselor Institute (LCI) assists local churches in establishing and growing an effective ministry of biblical counseling usually within the congregation. Our instructors identify and train caring and gifted believers who are grounded in their knowledge of the Bible and committed to biblical counseling. We help these individuals learn to guide those within the church community and its environs to understand and deal with many day-to-day problems.

LCI is a non-profit organization supported by contributions from individuals, churches and other organizations who realize the potential and benefit the Christian community offers their neighbors and their neighborhoods. <more>
